Welcome to Pine's class learning page. On this page you will be able to find information about our learning in school  such as our class timetable, our topic overview each half term, notices and also daily home learning if you are isolating at home.

Our topic this half term is 'Me and My Community' which focuses on supporting our children with settling into the new rules and routines of school and encourages them to make new friends and feel confident in pur class. In addition to this, we will be teaching our class about being helpful, kind and thoughtful at home and at school.  Another very important aspect to our topic this half term is to teach children how they are unique and special, the importance of friendship and how people in their family, school and local community are important and can help them.

We have uploaded our Curriculum Newsletter for this half term so you can also see some of the Early Learning Goals we will be particularly focussing on as well.

P.E. day is Wednesday. Please come to school dressed in your P.E. kit on this day.

Welly Walk - every Friday afternoon (please ensure your child has wellies in school for this)

Water bottles - please send your child in with their water bottle every Monday and we then send this home with them every Friday.

Home learning:

1) Phonics - each day we will learn a new phonics sound. These will then be sent out every Friday for you to practise with your child. Please send these books in with your child in their book bag each day.

2) Reading -  new reading books will be sent home every Monday.

If you have any questions about anything then please do hot hesitate to speak to Miss Woods or Mrs Hallam.
