The ordering of meals and any payments that are required by parents will need to be made through an online electronic payment system managed by ParentPay (www.parentpay.com) Parents will be given a letter with a password and instructions to set up their ParentPay account when their child has been admitted to school. It is straightforward to set up an account, but if you do encounter a particular problem please contact our school office staff, who will be more than happy to help.
If any parents do not have access to the internet to set up a ParentPay account, please, again, contact our school office staff.
Making a payment is easy, you simply select the item to pay for and follow the instructions to complete your payment. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date should you wish. No card details are stored in any part of the system. Each child requires their own payment, therefore if you have more than one child in the school you can have one account but you must then list all children on this account and pay individually under their own name.
