PTA
Welcome Budbrooke Parents!
Welcome to Budbrooke Primary School and the start of an exciting new PTA journey. We are a newly appointed team of parents and we have some fantastic events planned to raise important funds for wonderful opportunities for our children this year.
See our PTA website for more information on events
This year, we’re setting our sights high with our most ambitious goal yet! We’re aiming to raise an incredible £15,000 to completely replace the beloved timber trail on the Y3/4 playground.

Budbrooke PTA Information
Parents and carers of current pupils and teachers are automatically members of Budbrooke PTA. Additionally, other community members with an interest in the school (e.g., grandparents) are welcome to join. Most members contribute in some way, whether by volunteering at events, attending them, or donating items.
Budbrooke PTA is a registered charity run by a committee. The Committee Officers include a chair, vice chair, treasurer, and secretary. These officers also act as trustees for the charity and are elected annually at the AGM, held at the start of each academic year. Any PTA member can stand for these positions. Members can also volunteer to become Committee Members, working with Officers and volunteers to organize and run various events throughout the year.
Our aim is to enhance the experience of all children at Budbrooke School by creating ‘WOW’ moments. We achieve this by:
- Organizing enjoyable events for all children, such as school discos and fetes, creating lasting memories for both children and parents.
- Fundraising to support the school with additional resources not covered by school funds.
We hold regular meetings to plan and organize events, and these meetings are open to everyone. Meeting dates will be published on this page. If you wish to contact the PTA Committee Officers or Members, please find us in the playground before or after school, or email budbrookepta.b@welearn365.com. There are many ways to contribute to our work.
Next Meeting
We hold our committee meetings once a term - please get in touch if you would like to attend.
