School Meals
Our Catering staff provides pupils with a delicious choice of meat and vegetarian meals, all served with fresh vegetables. A salad bar is available on a daily basis with a variety of salad items and carbohydrates. A superb selection of desserts are available, as well as fresh fruit. All meals are freshly prepared on the premises daily and care is taken to use good quality locally produced ingredients. We also cater for lacto, dairy and gluten free diets. Please contact the school for individual requirements.
ParentPay
The ordering of meals and any payments that are required by parents will need to be made through an online electronic payment system managed by ParentPay (www.parentpay.com) Parents will be given a letter with a password and instructions to set up their ParentPay account when their child has been admitted to school. It is straightforward to set up an account, but if you do encounter a particular problem please contact our school office staff, who will be more than happy to help.
If any parents do not have access to the internet to set up a ParentPay account, please, again, contact our school office staff.
Making a payment is easy, you simply select the item to pay for and follow the instructions to complete your payment. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date should you wish. No card details are stored in any part of the system. Each child requires their own payment, therefore if you have more than one child in the school you can have one account but you must then list all children on this account and pay individually under their own name.
ParentPay offers the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like 24-7, safe in the knowledge that the technology uses the highest internet security available.

Children at Budbrooke have a choice of three different healthy, meals everyday. The RED and GREEN are hot dinners cooked onsite, third is a jacket potato option. The choices are listed below. Children are able to bring a packed lunch if they wish and parents/carers must ensure that it is a healthy, sustaining meal.
