Welcome to Music at Budbrooke!
At Budbrooke, we are really excited about our music curriculum this year. To help us with our learning we follow the Charanga scheme, which has this academic year provided some fantastic, brand new topics and units of work that the children will love! Each topic supports the new Model Music Curriculum for Key Stages 1 - 3.
Throughout the year the children will will be given lots of opportunities to take part in a range of musical performances both in and out of school. We will keep you posted on these! We have weekly singing assemblies learning a range of new songs linked to a specific theme. The children may also have music lessons delivered by a peripatetic music teacher.
