Stir Foods Catering provides nutritious, delicious and freshly prepared school meals for children. Their meals are designed with children in mind, offering a variety of balanced and appealing choices to help pupils enjoy lunchtime while supporting healthy growth and learning.
Stir Foods is committed to using quality ingredients and providing meals that cater for a range of dietary requirements and preferences. Their friendly catering teams work closely with schools to ensure children have a positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
We are delighted to work with Stir Foods to provide our pupils with tasty, nutritious meals every school day.
Arbor Pay
The ordering of meals and any payments that are required by parents will need to be made through an online electronic payment system managed by Arbor Pay. Parents will be given instructions to set up their Arbor Parents account when their child has been admitted to school. It is straightforward to set up an account, but if you do encounter a particular problem please contact our school office staff, who will be more than happy to help.
If any parents do not have access to the internet to set up a Arbor account, please, again, contact our school office staff.
Making a payment is easy, you simply select the item to pay for and follow the instructions to complete your payment. Arbor holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date should you wish. No card details are stored in any part of the system. Each child requires their own payment, therefore if you have more than one child in the school you can have one account but you must then list all children on this account and pay individually under their own name.
Arbor offers the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like 24-7, safe in the knowledge that the technology uses the highest internet security available.
- Log in to the Parent Portal or Arbor App.
- Click Quick Actions on the main page and select Meals, or tap the menu icon and choose Meals.
- Select the active Meal Menu.
- Click on the specific day you want to book.
- Choose your meal options from the drop-down list for each day. You can also choose options like packed lunch if your school allows it.
- Click Process or Checkout to confirm your choices.
Lunch Menu
Children at Budbrooke have a choice of three different healthy, meals everyday. The menus available are listed on Arbor and must be prebooked. Children are able to bring a packed lunch if they wish and parents/carers must ensure that it is a healthy, sustaining meal.
